Unit 27: Factual Programming for Television

For this video I made many edits to show how to make the dish. 0.00-0.04   From the shot being not in focus slowly turning into focus was my first clip. The voice over starts and continues. 0.05-0.06   After a simple cut i showed a different angle to the rice which was in the next clip. 0.07-0.32   In the next clip i placed a blur effect so when the ingredients are shown on screen they would stand out. 0.32-0.35   Here i used a clip of oil with the same blur. 0.36-1.04 In the background i used footage of the spices. i used the same blur. I then used the sequence tool to put up the spices ingredients. 1.05-1.10 I used a wipe as a transition to the next cut. Here there was a video clip of rice being soaked. 1.11-1.34 After a simple cut the footage showed of the chief cutting vegetables. 1.34-1.36 The next video clip was a close up of the cauliflower. 1.36-1.40 clip playing of cauliflower being cut. 1.41-1.46 This clip is of oil being poured and onions going ...
